Seamless Technology (ST) Inc is a holding company offering e-learning, multimedia, web design, and e-commerce solutions to business partners where the upfront investment is absorbed by ST to later share the back-end revenues. Its strategy is to roll-up companies in the technology and media fields from current and emerging technologies. ST has three acquisitions planned from companies with high tech sales and telecom infrastructure, e-marketing, and a point of sales hardware/software industry to complement its product and market reach. There are other mergers and acquisitions pending to complement its business portfolio and become a unique brand in the technology solutions, infrastructure, and application arena.
BUSINESS MODEL:
Seamless provides strategic partners (ISP, VOIP, Telecom, Graphic Design Houses, etc.) with a Standard and Premium platform that provide hosting, emails, shopping cart, based in multi-languages to reach global merchants. The platforms can be branded for each partner so that it is offered as a complementary product to their current client base. ST will manage the provisioning, billing, and payment transactions from the back-end seamlessly so that the partners have very little (if any) work necessary to execute the platforms. Their only concern is to market their brand online and offline to increase traffic to their e-commerce website. The products and services are based on powerful and secure web servers located on the most reliable data centers. In addition, customers will not inherit additional software or hardware investment.

Preferred Client Services (PCS) will charge a premium price range (in the thousands) with an upfront cost savings for a back end revenue share of 5-20% with the preferred clients (case by case business proposals)

Except from the initial preferred partners, ST will charge customers a license fee of $5K/year for using the automated billing/provisioning systems and our wholesale e-commerce platforms with private branding.
PRODUCT PORTFOLIO:
Standard Hosting/E-commerce Platform – Utilizes an already developed platform from a wholesale partner that services millions of online merchants with web hosting, email, and e-commerce applications that are web-based and hosted in their data center infrastructure. We are a Premier Partner that will resell their products and services at minimal cost to our customers. Operational cost is minimal since the level-1 and level-2 support is offered through the platform’s applications for web design, site builder, and storefront management. The web manager is offered in six languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, and Italian. Therefore, the merchant will be able to build their site and storefront from A to Z in their preferred language. The platform will absorb mass volume of merchants worldwide with fully automated provisioning and full-access to FREE tech support via different mediums such as online chat, phone, and a web knowledge base for FAQ’s/online manual. The online manuals and help-files will be available in the preferred language the end-user selects as their operating system language for their Website-Storefront Control Panel.
Premium Hosting/E-commerce Platform – Offers the award winning MerchandiZer shopping cart software with over 7 years of development and upgraded features. The software provides a huge array of functionality to assist amateur or professional web developers to enhance current websites or build them from scratch. This is our “cash-cow” product that will grow ST’s profits exponentially by sharing revenues produced from thousands of merchants. ST will receive immediate revenue increase when converting merchants from current customer client base as well as new merchants. Furthermore, MerchandiZer customers produced an estimated revenue total of $25 million in 2005 and with gateway in place, ST could profit $0.25 per transaction where the estimated transactions in 2005 was 800,000. ST also would receive a basis-points profit of 0.008 from each dollar value sold.
Automated Billing and Provision – Customized a hosting/ecommerce billing and provisioning software package to manage and execute the provisioning, payment transaction, and billing of each merchant acquired. The software allows private branding via online signup interfaces, multi level reseller/agent commission settlements, and accepts international currency transactions. ST can also develop a web marketing page according to the reseller’s specifications to increase their branding consistency.
Certified Independent Resellers (CIR) – An aggressive training and development program with online and offline resources to resell ST products and services. Reseller profiles can range from current customers, web developers/design houses, ISP, CLEC, Telecom, print media, and other small businesses to any individuals looking for supplemental income. Pinneast would provide the online training to global resellers via their interactive and video capturing modules. In return, they would be able to outsource this technology and training modules to other customers.
