Pinneast Inc. Pinneast has been selected as part of a defense contractor team for the United States Army’s DLETP program which is estimated at $483 million over the next five years. Other clients of Pinneast include Dow Chemical, Wachovia, Volvo Trucks, Delta Airlines and Johnson and Johnson, among others.
The Company offers web based course management, learning management systems, LMS hosting and e-Learning technical support. Unlike its competitors, who offer a product that is one size fits all, Pinneast is capable of designing e-Learning products that are tailored to the specific needs of each client.
MerchandiZer Software Inc. (www.merchandizer.com), the second operating subsidiary of Seamless, which is a seven-year-old eCommerce software company and service provider that provides end to end online services for small to medium sized companies that want to expand their marketing to the Internet sales channel. Since its inception MerchandiZer has provided e-commerce to all type of clients numbering approximately 3,000, with such well-known names as Dole Plantations, Total Discount Vitamins, Go-To Forms and Kids Customs. The Company's software has been awarded the PC Magazine's Editor's Choice Award as tops in its field. The key feature of the software is that it allows users to add customized design features, as opposed to most of its competitors that require that the merchant/client have a store that looks like all other stores utilizing the same software.
MerchandiZer keeps its software up-to-date with the latest advances in Internet marketing, and its e-commerce software has an exclusive Internet marketing feature built into its software that allows the merchants/clients to optimize their entire catalog and categories for search engines, and achieve very high ranking, including the first and second pages in the search engines, such as Google and Yahoo. MerchandiZer provides a wide range of templates that enable web designers to customize sites. This allows merchants/clients, without design flair, to build a respectable looking eCommerce site by simply picking pre-packaged design themes, and then choosing from the 30 built-in templates designed to suit every catalog layout requirement. The Company also aids its clients with web promotion and online marketing services, including Search Engine Optimization that increases the presence of the site on the web, and thereby attracts more customers to the client's site.
Seamless’ MerchandiZer products provide strategic partners (ISP, VOIP, Telecom, Graphic Design Houses, etc.) with both Standard and Premium e-commerce software and service packages that include hosting, email, and full feature shopping cart, capabilities. The platforms can be branded for each partner and are available in multiple languages so that each partner can offer them as a complementary product to their own product line for their client base. For merchants who subscribe through our partners, ST also manages the provisioning, billing, and payment transactions from the back-end. This means there is very little (if any) work involved for subscribers, enabling them to concentrate on promoting their products. We also offer web design and Search Engine Optimization services to assist them in increasing traffic to their e-commerce website. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) features integrated inside the web-based manager to enable product searches of each storefront and provide maximum exposure to online search engines. All the products and services are based on powerful and secure web servers located on the most reliable data centers. In addition, customers do not incur any additional software or hardware investment.
MZ-Gate is an online/offline payment gateway and merchant account provisioning system that enables ST to receive a transactional and purchase value revenue share for each product/service sold online from merchants provisioned through our platforms. Moreover, the gateway and merchant services can be white-branded as a wholesale package to preferred partners. This is our “cash-cow” product that will grow ST’s profits exponentially by sharing the revenues produced by thousands of merchants. An illustration of the revenue potential is based on MerchandiZer’s current client base where in 2005 customers produced an estimated revenue total of $30 million on over 800,000 transactions. With a gateway in place, ST could have netted $0.25 per transaction and an average of 0.005 from each dollar value sold, or a total of $350,000 per year. As part of our business strategy, we intend to market the gateway to convert the existing customer base, as well as include it with our packages for all new customers.

A great web design or product catalog does not add revenues if the online storefront is not visited by a high traffic of online consumers that actually buy products.
